The Ghats of Varanasi are amazing.  The river front is alive with the sound of 'Aarti'.  Add to that delicious 'Chuda Matar', 'Samosas', 'Gol Gappas' and 'Gulab Jamuns', a good game of 'Antakshari' and a great double decker boat.  Truly an evening to remember.
